Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Actively lead the contract renewal process by reviewing contractual performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Re-price renewing contracts and present to stakeholders for approval.
  • Review client account history and conduct client-facing meetings to discuss account performance and opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Maintain customer relationships and grow existing agreements by proposing additional value-added services.
  • Respond to customer's questions regarding service agreements.
  • Build partnering relationships with clients responsible for the decision-making process. Actively listen, probe and identify concerns. Understand each customer's business and demonstrate technical expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, and trust.
  • Work with our business development team to prepare estimates for our various service offerings and develop custom solutions adapted to our customers' needs.
  • Be accountable for the tracking of developed and potential opportunities within our Customer Relationship Management System (Salesforce).
  • Manage and achieve KRA targets.
  • Travel to various sites or clients to undertake the above.
