About Us: Iconic Care is a physician‑owned group of skilled providers (physicians, PAs, and NPs) offering care across ten states, with plans for expansion to all 50 states. For the past four years, we’ve partnered with top‑tier nursing and skilled care facilities nationwide to manage pain and enhance therapy outcomes, helping thousands of patients regain independence and comfort.

We’re Hiring: We are seeking a passionate, motivated field salesman to join us full‑time and grow our practice in new states.

Role Description

The Business Development Manager is a full‑time, traveling field sales role that will work directly with facility staff. This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities with pre‑identified skilled nursing facilities. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and gathering facility leads.
  • Setting introductory meetings with facility staff.
  • Managing a sales pipeline within the HubSpot CRM.
  • Re‑engaging past opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within healthcare or related services.
  • Strong skills in relationship‑building, networking, and stakeholder management to engage providers and facility leadership.
  • Proficiency in communication, including presenting new ideas, and maintaining professional correspondence.
  • Ability to manage a structured sales pipeline and CRM tools.
  • Solid organizational and time‑management skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort working on‑site and collaborating cross‑functionally with clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
