Location: Phoenix Metro Area, Various Locations Across the Valley | Job Type: Full-time
About the Role:
ResortHousekeeper seeks a Business Development Manager to drive market growth across the Phoenix metro area. This role builds client relationships, develops proposals, and works closely with operations to launch new accounts successfully. The ideal candidate brings strong sales discipline, good market sense, and polished client communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with leaders at hotels, resorts, restaurants, and commercial properties.
  • Lead discovery calls to learn service needs, pain points, and goals.
  • Work with leadership and operations to build proposals and service plans.
  • Lead presentations, pricing talks, and deal terms.
  • Coordinate account handoff to operations for a smooth start.
  • Deliver clear presentations to prospective clients.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline with steady prospecting and follow-up.
  • Create new opportunities through outreach, referrals, and networking.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to track follow-up, proposals, and pipeline movement.
  • Prepare pricing and proposals that fit client needs and team capacity.
  • Share market feedback that helps growth decisions.

Qualifications
