THE DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKE:

  • Direct the day-to-day functions of the community including hiring, supervising, and directing staff
  • Responsible for revenue and expenses of the community and is responsible for preparing the annual operating budget for approval by the Home Office
  • Obtain and maintain high satisfaction rates for residents, families & employees

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT CANDIDATE:

  • Passionate about building a high performing team and maintaining high morale
  • 3-5 years of experience operating an Assisted Living Community as an Administrator or Executive Director
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to facilitate small group presentations
  • Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
  • Computer proficiency
