The Account Executive is a seasoned professional who consistently pursues, acquires, manages, and maintains key accounts in the large commercial and industrial sector. As an experienced member of the sales team, the Account Executive will be a key contributor driving sales and assisting to enhance sales processes and strategies while consistently supporting team members and positively impacting those around them. This is a full-time, base plus residual commission position.

Sales growth opportunities include Account Executive Levels I-III, Team Lead, Program Manager, Sales Manager, Regional Sales Director, and Director of Sales.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive electricity and natural gas sales in the C/I market (large accounts).
  • Develop, maintain, and retain a portfolio of satisfied, long‑term clients.
  • Achieve and exceed new business acquisition, retention, and other established goals.
  • Collaborate with business development leads to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand through different media platforms, community, and business events.
  • Identify customer's goals and objectives, including risk tolerance and sustainability requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication on activity and KPIs with the sales manager.
  • Manage call and activity lists and continually update the sales database with pertinent information and expiration dates.

  • Answer and respond to calls from clients in a timely and confident manner.
