ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Account Associate, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist the Sales Representatives with customer management.
  • Coordinate with Sales Representatives to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
