Job description

Balanced Diversity is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established organization serving the equipment, parts, and service industries, for a Sales Development Specialist based in Pleasant Grove, California.


In this role, you’ll combine inside sales, lead development, customer engagement, and CRM management while partnering closely with Sales and Marketing teams.


What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective and existing customers
  • Qualify, nurture, and manage inbound leads
  • Identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate parts and service solutions
  • Maintain accurate lead and customer activity in the CRM
  • Support sales campaigns, promotions, and account-development efforts
  • Help maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide lead-status updates
  • Build long-term customer relationships that create new sales opportunities


What We’re Looking For

You’re a strong communicator who is comfortable engaging customers, asking questions, handling objections, and following through. You’re organized, self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or 3–4 years of relevant sales or marketing experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
