An Account Development Associate is a sales professional responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities and leads for their company. They typically work closely with the sales and marketing teams to research prospects, initiate contact, and nurture relationships to create qualified sales opportunities. Their goal is to help drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of potential clients for account executives or sales managers to pursue.
