We are hiring two Account Associates to join our team, each with a distinct focus to support our growing State Farm agency in Menomonie, WI:
  • Customer Service-Focused Account Associate: Primary responsibilities include supporting ongoing customer relationships, managing policy renewals, and providing excellent customer care. Inside sales and cross-selling will be a secondary focus.
  • Inside Sales-Focused Account Associate: Primary responsibilities include driving new business through inside sales and outreach efforts, with customer service and relationship maintenance as a key secondary focus.

Both positions work closely together to achieve office goals and provide outstanding service to our customers.
