We are looking for a highly motivated, entry-level professional to join our team as an Associate Account Executive. This is a dedicated apprenticeship and career-track role designed for someone eager to learn the ALLO business and master the sales process from the ground up.
In this role, you will work directly alongside our top Account Executives, acting as their right-hand support throughout the entire sales cycle. Your focus will be on mastering the fundamentals of professional sales, ensuring seamless client communication, and contributing to the overall growth of the territory through diligent lead development and administrative excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend client meetings and discovery calls to assist with note-taking, identifying action items, and ensuring all client needs are captured accurately.
  • Own the follow-up process by drafting professional communications, preparing necessary documentation, and coordinating next steps between the client and the Senior AE. All while upholding ALLO's core values of being local, honest, exceptional, and hassle-free.
  • Research and establish initial contact with prospective leads to build a qualified pipeline for the Senior AE's review.
  • Proactively learn our industry landscape, service offerings, and sales methodology to provide more strategic support over time.
  • Maintain organized records within our CRM, ensuring deal stages are current and all prospect data is accurately managed.

EDUCATION:

  • College Degree or equal work experience


EXPERIENCE:

  • Entry-level (0-2 years). This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or someone with experience in a professional support or customer-facing environment.
