Job description

Account Coordinator

Our client, located in Middleton, WI, is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Coordinator to join their Sales team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing projects from kickoff to delivery while keeping internal teams aligned and clients confident.

What You'll Do

  • Own day-to-day client relationships — building trust, anticipating needs, and resolving issues proactively
  • Manage projects end-to-end: scoping, scheduling, resource coordination, and final delivery
  • Develop pricing quotes, track project financials, and analyze profitability (margins, plan vs. actual)
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and new business development
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Maintain accurate project records, spreadsheets, and reports

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of sales and/or customer service experience; project management experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities, resolve scheduling conflicts, and meet deadlines
  • Background in graphic production or commercial print is a plus
