What this job involves:
As the Global Workplace Accessibility and Inclusion (WAI) Program Manager at JLL, you will serve as the single-threaded coordinator for Workplace Accessibility and Inclusion Programs within GREF's Environmental, Health & Safety and Impact (EHSI) function. You will be an experienced program manager with a background in workplace accessibility, facilities management, or inclusive design. You will partner with the WAI Sr. Program Manager and cross-functional teams, including GREF Operations, Moves Adds Changes (MAC), Occupancy Planning, Design Engineering & Sustainability (DSE), EHS, Meeting & Events, and People eXperiences and Technology (PxT), to drive WAI deliverables, including accessibility audits, design reviews, and workplace improvement initiatives across WAI's four workstreams: Standards integration, existing spaces adaptation, accommodation optimization, and Together at Amazon initiative with PxT. You will develop, maintain, and socialize WAI program documentation, policies, standards, and tooling across focus areas: physical accessibility, universal design, assistive technology, and inclusive workplace programs. You will facilitate GREF-led accommodation delivery processes in line with SLAs across current (U.S.) and emerging (Rest of the World) geographical locations while building and maintaining an internal tracker for WAI's operational planning, budget tracking, and program agenda year-over-year.
What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Serve as single-threaded coordinator for Workplace Accessibility and Inclusion (WAI) Programs within GREF's Environmental, Health & Safety and Impact (EHSI) function
  • Partner with the WAI Sr. Program Manager and cross-functional teams including GREF Operations, Moves Adds Changes (MAC), Occupancy Planning, Design Engineering & Sustainability (DSE), EHS, Meeting & Events, and People eXperiences and Technology (PxT) to drive WAI deliverables
  • Drive accessibility audits, design reviews, and workplace improvement initiatives across WAI's four workstreams: Standards integration, existing spaces adaptation, accommodation optimization, and Together at Amazon initiative with PxT
  • Develop, maintain, and socialize WAI program documentation, policies, standards, and tooling across focus areas: physical accessibility, universal design, assistive technology, and inclusive workplace programs
  • Facilitate GREF-led accommodation delivery processes in line with SLAs across current (U.S.) and emerging (Rest of the World) geographical locations
  • Build and maintain an internal tracker for WAI's operational planning, budget tracking, and program agenda year-over-year
  • Schedule, facilitate, and document regular team meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder calls including internal working group meetings and cross-functional reviews while capturing action items and driving follow-through
  • Partner with GREF DSE to continuously integrate evergreen WAI standards into new construction, tenant improvements, and workplace design workflows
  • Support cross-functional pilots and scale-up initiatives, including product testing, volunteer coordination, and Go/Pivot/No-Go decision support
  • Generate regular program updates for business review mechanisms and stakeholder engagement
  • Coordinate reviews and updates to WAI policies and SOPs, ensuring alignment with Amazon standards, ADA requirements, and jurisdiction-specific compliance obligations
  • Process manage customer query intake to address requests from GREF teams and other internal stakeholders, triaging cases and ensuring timely follow-through
  • Drive progress toward WAI program timelines, KPIs, and milestones by crafting and maintaining plans, tracking success metrics, and continuously improving program delivery
  • Navigate GREF's complex operational landscape to make sound, timely decisions using best available data, relevant precedents, and informed judgment.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in workplace design, facilities management, accessibility, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success driving improvements through effective change management
  • Experience developing or working with design standards and guidelines
  • Program management, planning, and KPI management skills with ability to drive progress toward program timelines, KPIs, and milestones
  • Ability to craft and maintain plans, track success metrics, and continuously improve program delivery
  • Ability to navigate complex operational landscapes to make sound, timely decisions using best available data, relevant precedents, and informed judgment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to build collaborative relationships across vendors, internal partners, and design/construction teams
  • Skilled at facilitating meetings and keeping cross-functional work on track
  • Subject-matter experience in one or more WAI focus areas including workplace accessibility, universal design, ADA compliance, assistive technologies, inclusive workplace programs, or design and construction review in a corporate real estate context.

  • Background in universal design or inclusive workplace programs
  • Project management experience in corporate real estate
  • Experience with design and construction documentation review
  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, or related field
  • Relevant certifications in accessibility standards or universal design
  • Track record serving as single-threaded coordinator for Workplace Accessibility and Inclusion Programs
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to drive WAI deliverables including accessibility audits, design reviews, and workplace improvement initiatives
  • Background developing, maintaining, and socializing program documentation, policies, standards, and tooling across physical accessibility, universal design, assistive technology, and inclusive workplace programs
  • Experience facilitating accommodation delivery processes in line with SLAs across geographical locations
  • Track record building and maintaining internal trackers for operational planning, budget tracking, and program agenda management
  • Background scheduling, facilitating, and documenting regular team meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder calls
