Job description

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Compliance Senior Program Manager (COI) to lead and evolve Adobe's global conflicts of interest program. This is an exciting opportunity to join Adobe's Legal and Government Relations organization and help develop a world-class ethics and compliance framework. You will play a meaningful role in identifying, assessing, and managing complex conflicts of interest to protect Adobe's integrity, reputation, and business objectives.

Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for technology are required for this role. You will need to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, global environment. You should be a self-starter working independently while building close working relationships with collaborators across Adobe. You will team up with business members throughout the company to maintain Adobe's culture of integrity, implement compliance programs at scale, and manage risk to the company.

What You'll Do
  • Manage COI intake, review, adjudication, mitigation, monitoring processes, including the enterprise-wide annual conflict of interest campaign.
  • Manage COI case management systems, workflows, and data integrity to support timely, consistent, and risk-based decisionmaking.
  • Develop and manage deployment of innovative technology platforms for managing conflict disclosures and mitigations.
  • Establish metrics and analytics to analyze program efficiency, gaps, and emerging trends.
  • Review complex conflicts of interest disclosures and determine appropriate controls.
  • Provide support for other compliance programs as needed.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 6-8 years of experience in compliance, risk management/assurance, or a related field
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven executive presence and experience building relationships, leading teams, and influencing across all levels of the company
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to evaluate complex, nuanced situations and offer balanced, practical recommendations
  • Demonstrated experience managing global programs across multiple jurisdictions preferred
  • Passion for applying technology including AI to improve compliance programs
  • Ability to operate independently, exercise good judgment, and manage competing priorities
  • A global mentality, an unflaggingly positive attitude, and a great sense of humor

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $100,600 -- $202,950 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $140,100 - $202,950 In New York, the pay range for this position is $140,100 - $202,950 In Washington, the pay range for this position is $130,300 - $188,650

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
