  • Youre comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Youre willing to put in focused, sustained effort when the business demands it
  • You take full ownership of your work from idea to deployment
  • You think in systems and understand how components scale together
  • You design with the end user in mind

We value intensity, accountability, and resilience. Building category-defining technology requires commitment and were looking for someone who wants to grow alongside the company as we scale.

Why Join Flash Biometrics?

  • Work on technology that directly improves safety and operational efficiency
  • Join at a pivotal stage of expansion
  • Influence architecture and product direction
  • Competitive salary and growth opportunity

If youre driven, technically sharp, and excited to build something meaningful at scale, wed love to talk.
