• Conduct individual telehealth counseling sessions focusing on mental health concerns and emotional well-being.
• Provide specialized support for issues such as work stress, life transitions, procrastination, and work-life balance.
• Facilitate goal-setting processes for clients, assisting them in establishing personal and professional aspirations.
• Engage collaboratively with the clinical team to improve service delivery, sharing insights to enhance the platform and programming.

You will work with a diverse population of clients who may be grappling with various emotional challenges. Our services are tailored to individuals seeking guidance on everyday life stressors, career challenges, and relationship dynamics, enabling them to pursue meaningful changes and achieve personal growth.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active license in your state as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Minimum of two years of direct experience providing counseling services to individuals facing emotional difficulties.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in a virtual setting, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience engaging clients through video conferencing platforms such as Zoom or Skype, ensuring effective and compassionate communication.
