• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs and goals, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment strategies.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, maintaining accurate clinical records.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to provide high-quality assessments in collaboration with our clinical team.
• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals.
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and maintaining the integrity of our clinical practices.
• Serve as a vital liaison to community partners, state agencies, and service systems to advocate for clients and coordinate necessary resources.
• Foster open communication channels to meet contract standards and support the organization's mission of promoting mental wellness in the community.
• Identify and forge collaborations with local, state, and federal entities, enhancing our programs and exploring new funding opportunities.
• Participate in professional development activities such as conferences and training sessions to continue personal and professional growth within the field.
• Support the promotion and integration of Grace Hospital's mission, values, philosophy, and principles into all counseling practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the clinic.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing mental health issues, those in recovery from substance abuse, and people with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. The LMHC will be instrumental in providing culturally competent care, ensuring that all clients feel valued and understood while receiving support tailored to their unique life experiences.

• A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is required to qualify for this position.
• Independent LMHC license by the state board of Oregon is mandatory.
• Proven ability to maintain clinical records and prepare related reports efficiently.
• Experience collaborating within an interdisciplinary team setting is essential for success in this role.
• Strong communication skills are necessary to convey ideas and strategies effectively.
• Able to exhibit sound judgment and make informed independent decisions based on professional knowledge.

• Experience working in community health settings or non-profit organizations focused on mental health.

• Previous experience in developing community partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of state regulations and accreditation processes in mental health services.

Grace Hospital offers a competitive salary ranging from $86,000 to $103,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Employees are also eligible for a range of benefits, which include:
