Job description


Join a highly skilled, fast-paced, mobile team that provides specialized vascular access care throughout St. Cloud Hospital. As a Vascular Access RN, you'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across multiple patient care areas, responding to consults and helping ensure patients receive timely, safe, and effective vascular access treatment.
In this specialized role, you will assess, insert, manage, and maintain vascular access devices including peripheral IVs, PICC lines, midlines, and central venous catheters for patients of all ages. This role focuses on delivering safe, efficient, and evidence-based vascular access care while minimizing complications and improving patient outcomes.
Schedule
  • Part-time | 36-48 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud Hospital
  • Day/night | 7am-7:30pm and 7pm - 7:30am
  • Straight night schedule available after training if desired
  • Every third weekend | Rotating holidays

Pay and Benefits
  • Pay based on experience and degree
    • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour
    • Bachelor's in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour
    • Master's in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour
    • Pay range: $42.86- $71.51 per hour
  • $3500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates!

Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program required
  • Current Minnesota RN License required
  • BSN preferred
  • BSN or higher required within 36 months of being hired
  • Previous experience in vascular access nursing preferred
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
  • Certified Registered Nurse Infusion within 3 years required
  • Vascular access nursing (VA-BC) specialty certification within 3 years required
