Job description

Position Overview

This is a highly specialized role, consisting of on-site Technician Helper duties and occasional warehouse support. Technician Helper will ride with or meet Technician, as directed by management, to provide assistance with installation to increase efficiency and reduce injury. The Technician helper will also assist with the processing of returned goods, salvaging dead inventory for re-use/recycle, and overall cleanliness of the warehouse. This role is intended as a potential path for promotion to Install Technician with proper work ethic and skills development.

  • Ride along/meet Technicians in the Field to assist as needed.

  • Experience with using Windows based systems
  • Experienced with warehouse operations, inventory control, planning and replenishment
  • Experience support high volume business operations
  • Experience with Field Service operations
  • This role requires the ability to lift and carry products up to and occasionally over 50 pounds along with frequently sitting, standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, and reaching
  • Licensed to operate a motor vehicle and driving record is in good standing
