Earn an hourly rate of $18 with the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses, resulting in an average salary range from $65,000 up to $70,000 with unlimited earning potential.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers - friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
  • You pleasantly greet and guide all customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs from the first moment
  • You prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction
  • You meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling, motivated by performance-based earnings
  • You handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, always organized, service-oriented and with a smile

YOUR SKILLS MATTER
