As a car dealership shuttle driver, you drive a customer to or from their work or home while their vehicle is in the shop as a courtesy service. You may also drop off a passenger at another destination of their choosing. You act as the ambassador of the dealership, making strong customer service skills essential. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers along on-demand routes while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves adherence to schedules, effective communication, and supporting additional tasks such as bank, DMV, post office, and parts runs. The driver also assists with lawn mowing and snow removal to help maintain the facility. This is a Monday–Friday position.
