Join ACE Rent-A-Car, a leading global rental agency with 300+ locations worldwide. Our MSP Airport location is proudly operated by the Walser Automotive Group, a Minnesota-based, family-owned company committed to excellence, efficiency, and outstanding customer care.

Compensation: $16.37/hr

What You'll Do:
  • Greet and assist customers
  • Direct customers to proper area
  • Handle customer's luggage to and from shuttle
  • Refuel and check levels of oil and all fluids, as assigned
  • Maintain neat, clean and organize work area, which includes shuttle van
  • Insure sufficient supplies available
  • Report unsafe equipment
  • Report accidents and record body damage
  • Secure vehicle and keys
  • Adhere to daily game plan and supervisor instructions
  • Follow any training programs
  • Obey all state traffic and safely laws
  • Assist with detail duties as needed
  • Embrace and exhibit CORE values
  • All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

What You Bring:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School diploma or GED; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong interpersonal and telephone skills to work effectively with co-workers and external agencies
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram for. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds frequently and at least 100 pounds occasionally, at least 150 pounds when assisted by another employee
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, and weekend hours
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
