We even built our own platform, myConcerto, that mixes the best parts of Accenture and Oracle to help companies come into their own as digital leaders. We are launching Accenture Edge - a new business purpose-built to help mid-market companies with annual revenues between $300 million and $3 billion harness AI and technology. You Are:

A hands-on Oracle EPM Planning specialist with deep expertise in EPBCS and a track record delivering Financial, Strategic, and Revenue Planning solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients. You move fluently between business requirements and technical configuration - designing driver-based models, building Groovy-powered calculation logic, and shaping forecasting frameworks that finance teams actually use. At the Senior Consultant level, you contribute meaningfully across the full delivery lifecycle, collaborate closely with client Finance and FP&A stakeholders, and bring the precision and curiosity that turns a good EPM implementation into a great one.

The Work:

  • Deliver Oracle EPBCS implementations across Financial Planning, Strategic Planning, and Revenue Planning - from requirements and design through configuration, testing, and go-live

  • Configure EPBCS Planning modules: build and maintain forms, business rules, calculation logic, approval workflows, and reporting structures aligned to client FP&A processes

  • Design and build driver-based financial models and rolling forecasts; translate client budgeting, strategic planning, and revenue modelling requirements into scalable EPBCS solutions

  • Develop and maintain Groovy scripts to automate planning rules, validations, data transformations, and workflow logic within EPBCS

  • Support integrations between EPBCS and ERP, data platforms, and other Oracle EPM modules (FCCS, PCMCS/EPCM, ARCS, EDM) - ensuring accurate metadata alignment, data mappings, and load automation

  • Participate in client-facing workshops to gather and validate planning requirements; document business requirements, solution design decisions, and configuration specifications

  • Contribute to SIT, UAT, and cutover activities - prepare test scripts, track defects, support client Finance teams through testing cycles, and maintain quality documentation

  • Support post-go-live stabilization and hypercare; resolve EPBCS functional issues and advise clients on planning best practices and model optimization

  • Contribute to internal practice development - reusable EPBCS templates, configuration accelerators, and knowledge-sharing for Accenture Edge mid-market EPM deployments

  • Stay current on Oracle EPM Cloud releases, EPBCS enhancements, and AI-assisted planning capabilities relevant to Financial, Strategic, and Revenue Planning use cases

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What You Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of Oracle EPM experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on EPBCS configuration expertise across Financial Planning, Strategic Planning, or Revenue Planning

  • Minimum 5 years of Demonstrated experience building driver-based planning models, rolling forecasts, and budgeting solutions in EPBCS - including forms, business rules, calculation logic, and approval workflows

  • Minimum 5 years of Hands-on Groovy scripting experience within EPBCS to build or enhance planning rules, automations, and validations

  • Minimum 5 years of Experience supporting EPBCS integrations with ERP systems and/or other Oracle EPM modules (FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS, EDM) - including metadata management and data load processes

  • Minimum 5 years of consulting experience in a professional services or systems integration environment; ability to engage effectively with client Finance and FP&A stakeholders

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)

  • You hold an Oracle EPM Planning Cloud (EPBCS) certification

Bonus Points If:

  • You have hands-on experience across all three EPBCS planning domains - Financial Planning (FP&A), Strategic Planning (multi-year modelling, scenario planning), and Revenue Planning (rate x volume, product-level forecasting)

  • You have experience with Oracle EPBCS Workforce or Capex specialty modules

  • You have exposure to predictive planning, machine-learning-enabled forecasting, or AI-assisted scenario modelling within Oracle EPM

  • You have experience with EPM Automate, Data Management/FDMEE, or Oracle Integration Cloud for EPM data pipeline automation

  • You have contributed to pre-sales efforts - solution demos, estimation, or proposal development for EPM Planning pursuits

  • You have familiarity with mid-market EPM accelerators
