• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to analyze clients' mental health issues, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and craft tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions that align with each client's unique needs.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring safety and connecting them to emergency resources when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date, confidential client records that document treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering strictly to ethical and legal standards.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health concerns, treatment pathways, and available community resources. Act as an advocate for clients’ rights and needs.
• Stay informed of the latest best practices and therapeutic modalities through ongoing professional development and training.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. As a Mental Health Therapist at Accent Care Counseling Center, you will have the opportunity to address these challenges and support clients during pivotal moments in their lives, using culturally sensitive approaches and individualized care plans.

• Must be licensed as a Mental Health Therapist with qualifications such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
• A Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities are essential for determining the most effective treatment approaches.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for successful client engagement and teamwork.
• Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating within a team-oriented environment.
• A steadfast commitment to maintaining ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.

• While previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, we also welcome applications from entry-level candidates who demonstrate a passion for mental health.
• Experience with diverse therapeutic methodologies and approaches, including trauma-informed care, is a plus.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a generous sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.
