Requirement/Must Have:

  • Strong expertise in: .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.
  • Legacy system modernization (ASP.NET).
  • Experience with: Microservices & Micro Frontends (MFE), RabbitMQ / Messaging / Event-driven architecture.
  • Strong experience in: Architecture governance & design patterns.
  • Performance tuning & scalability improvements.
  • Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery models.
  • Good to have healthcare experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end architecture and delivery for enterprise applications.
  • Lead modernization initiatives (legacy ASP.NET to microservices / APIs / MFE).
  • Drive architecture, design, and code reviews.
  • Define and implement event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ / messaging).
  • Ensure performance optimization and scalability across systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Establish engineering standards, patterns, and governance.
  • Leverage AI accelerators / development productivity tools for modernization.
  • Mentor teams and ensure quality delivery across programs.
