You'll be part of the NAMR Unlocking Potential (UP) team, which leads BCG's strategy for diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing in North America. As Stakeholder Enablement & Programs Manager, you will help UP strengthen office and Practice Area (PA) engagement across its portfolio, tracking engagement in key programs and improving how UP partners to achieve impact. In this role, you will also directly manage several flagship programs, including a large retention program implemented by offices and PAs, Inclusion Accelerators, and the BCG Spark program, a volunteer consulting program supporting small, minority-owned, and/or women-owned businesses. The operational strategy and delivery for these programs will include program tracking, administration, communications support, stakeholder coordination, and progress reporting. You may also support special projects across the UP team as priorities evolve.
Across these efforts, you will play an important role in helping UP efficiently and effectively support key stakeholders across the firm to understand UP priorities and the expectations for their roles. This includes analyzing dashboards and artifacts, synthesizing insights for UP team leaders, and exploring responsible uses of AI to generate meaningful and timely insights for the team.
This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, curiosity, and commitment to BCG's values. You partner with tenured stakeholders across the firm, work with sensitive people-related information, and support thoughtful partnership between offices and the UP team to bring structure, clarity, and insight to complex work.
What You'll Do
Stakeholder Enablement & Engagement Tracking
- Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and/or reporting tools for engagement, participation, progress, risks, and opportunities across programs.
- Build trusting relationships with important stakeholders in our offices, PAs, People Functions, and other UP partners.
- Identify patterns across offices, PAs, and programs to help UP leaders understand where engagement is strong, where gaps may exist, and where additional action may be needed.
- Support leaders and help them understand their role in ensuring equal opportunity and inclusive leadership by translating data into practical insights and recommendations.
Strategic Program Management & Effective Communication
- Provide project management support for flagship programs, including a large retention program, BCG Spark, and Inclusion Accelerators.
- Drive planning, execution, tracking, communications, and follow-up across programs.
- Prepare concise updates, briefing materials, and presentations that help UP leaders and our stakeholders quickly understand program trends and areas requiring attention.
- Help identify opportunities to improve program operating models, outcomes, and engagement over time.
- Enhance connectivity across the UP team to provide visibility on a portfolio of UP programs across NAMR
- As needed, contribute to special projects and emerging priorities that advance the mission of the Unlocking Potential function and respond to evolving business needs.
Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Use dashboards and other reporting tools to identify trends, inform decisions, and support UP leadership discussions.
- Partner with colleagues to define useful metrics and improve data quality.
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs - including dispersed, complex, or ambiguous inputs and information - into clear insights, implications, and recommended actions.
- Capture and share leading practices that strengthen program engagement and help scale effective approaches across the region.
- Use data responsibly and thoughtfully, with appropriate attention to confidentiality, context, and potential limitations; champion responsible AI adoption by balancing innovation with sound judgment and risk awareness.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness through strong systems, streamlined communications, and knowledge management.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to support more efficient reporting, analysis, synthesis, and workflow management.
- Build and maintain scalable resources, templates, trackers, playbooks, and best-practice libraries that improve consistency across the team.
- Recommend practical improvements to how the team tracks work, shares information, and supports leader engagement.
- Demonstrate flexibility, curiosity, and a team-first mindset while helping the team adapt and continuously improve.
- Balance day-to-day execution with broader opportunities to strengthen how UP delivers value across NAMR.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
Some local governments in the United States require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of base compensation. We expect your total annualized compensation to beapproximately thefollowing:
- In Boston, Washington, D.C., & Los Angeles the base salary is between$118,000- $146,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
- InChicago & Philadelphiathe base salary is between$111,000- $137,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
- In Raleigh-Durham & Atlanta the base salary is between$106,000- $131,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
- In other locations, competitive pay iscommensuratewith the role and geography
- Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-16%
- 5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service. Contributions are vestedimmediatelyand there is no waiting period
