Director, Product Design - Global Enterprise Affairs & Accelerator
We are seeking a Product Design Director to lead the Global Enterprise Affairs (GEA) team within the Experience Design organization. You will lead two emerging spaces within Global Enterprise Affairs: the Accelerator and the Enablement and Innovation teams. The Enablement and Innovation team creates solutions for a diverse group of Capital One associates.

- Cross-Functional Influence and Executive Presence: Influence priorities and drive high‑stakes initiatives across multiple functional areas and senior leaders.
- Navigating Ambiguity and Context Shifting: Preserve optionality, make decisions with incomplete data, and pivot without losing momentum.
- Building a Design Org of the Future: Scale the function, design the future organizational structure, and develop current designers as the team grows; leverage technology to broaden the reach of design within the organization.
The Experience Design team at Capital One is focused on enriching digital and physical experiences and creating memorable, meaningful product experiences that build the Capital One brand with humanity. We foster collaboration, authenticity and healthy critique, honor diversity of thought, and strive for a culture of belonging.
