An Accelerated Development Program (ADP) is a structured initiative offered by companies to fast-track the professional growth of high-potential employees or recent graduates. The goal is to prepare individuals for leadership or specialized roles in a shorter timeframe than traditional career paths. ADPs are commonly found in large organizations and can last from several months to a few years, depending on the company and industry.

You'll engage directly with customers-enterprise C-suite executives and contact center leaders-to understand their customer experience transformation needs and position Connect's generative and agentic AI capabilities as the solution.
Problems you'll solve:
For customers: Articulating the ROI of cloud contact center migration and AI-powered customer service in an increasingly competitive CX landscape
For field teams: Removing sales friction through playbooks, tools, and competitive positioning against emerging agentic AI entrants and hyperscalers
