Compensation Range: $48,331.25 - $54,571.88 year-round salary (DOE)

What You'll Do
As a Middle School Math Teacher at Desert Sky, you will:
  • Deliver high-quality math instruction aligned to AMS curriculum standards through differentiation and standards-driven planning.
  • Support students performing below, on, and above grade level using proven instructional strategies and intervention tools.
  • Attend weekly professional development and collaborate in PLCs and grade-level teams.
  • Communicate consistently with families and lead parent-student-teacher conferences to support academic and behavioral goals.
  • Use measurable assessment data to monitor progress and adjust instruction for meaningful growth.
  • Support and reinforce a positive school environment that is structured, safe, and motivating for all students.
  • Use PBIS and restorative practices to develop student accountability, behavior skills, and socio-emotional growth.

  • Commitment to collaboration, continuous learning, and equitable student outcomes
