Job Summary

The Academic Program Specialist provides administrative support and manages a variety of academic and departmental processes for the School of Management. The position reports to the School Director. Duties and responsibilities include: general office duties; internship and recruiting responsibilities and duties; event planning activities and duties; student support; scholarship assistance; schedule, coordinate, and plan meetings; assist with faculty meetings; responsible for all recordkeeping and filing of required contracts and essential recordkeeping information; assist faculty as needed; and assist visitors to the School.

Minimum Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum of one year of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work with all types of people
  • Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft computer programs
  • Organized in scheduling, record keeping and filing
  • Ability to multi-task and handle several projects at one time
  • Experience with Datatel
