Bridge Program Supervisor
Position Summary
Saint Basil Academy is seeking a Bridge Program Supervisor to guide, inspire, and support our young adults as they transition into independent living. This role is designed for a dedicated leader with a background in human services or residential care and a strong focus on therapeutic, trauma-informed practices.
The Supervisor will oversee the Bridge Program's daily operations, manage and mentor resident advisors, by ensuring a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. Working closely with our clinical and vocational teams, you will empower residents to achieve their spiritual, academic, vocational, and personal goals, turning the blueprint for independence into long-term success.
Position Details
Job Title: Bridge Program Supervisor
Schedule: Full-time (Hours TBD based on program needs)
Pay Range: $23-$25
Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership & Accountability: Guide and support Bridge Program RAs in managing daily community living rules, resolving resident conflicts, and implementing accountability measures like program warnings.
  • Resident Mentorship & Growth: Support the social and emotional development of transitioning young adults by fostering independence in self-care, academic or vocational success, and a healthy work-life balance.
  • Clinical & Case Collaboration: Meet weekly with interdisciplinary teams (vocational, educational, and clinical) to review resident milestones, provide insight during Case Conferences, and maintain detailed progress notes.
  • Pipeline Development: Partner with Youth Program Counselors to identify interested juniors and seniors, proactively preparing them with the foundational independent living skills needed for a smooth transition.

Requirements
โ€ข Associates Degree in Human Services or related field; or 3-5 years experience in a Residential setting.
โ€ข Must have a clean driver's license.
โ€ข Ability to model professionalism, compassion, and cultural sensitivity.
โ€ข Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
โ€ข Excellent communication skills and the ability to participate in an "at-will" employment relationship.
