Description:  LONG TERM SUB POSITION for a Health Associate at Madison Elementary - Starting at the beginning of the school year (Aug 2026)
Job Summary: Under the supervision of the School Nurse, Special Education and General Education teacher, this individual will assist with the academic, behavioral and complex medical needs of a student. Health needs include monitoring health status, administering first aid for injuries, administering medications, and providing medically necessary procedures. 
Qualifications: High School Diploma required
