Above & Beyond Therapy, a leading provider of mental health services, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our dynamic team. As part of our remote detox center, you’ll benefit from a flexible work setting designed to promote work-life balance. Our team is comprised of skilled professionals who are passionate about facilitating recovery and mental health support. The remote nature of this role allows for both independence and connectivity with fellow clinicians, creating a supportive network to enhance your practice.

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments to understand client needs and developing personalized treatment plans that reflect current best practices in solution-focused psychotherapy.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, counselors, and support staff, to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
• Participating in case consultations and peer reviews to continually refine care strategies and improve service delivery.
• Providing educational resources and guidance to clients and their families regarding mental health, treatment options, and community resources.
• Keeping abreast of the latest developments in mental health research and integrating relevant findings into practice to optimize client outcomes.

Your work will primarily focus on adults undergoing detoxification and those experiencing severe mental health challenges. Clients may face issues such as substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your role will be to provide empathetic support and effective treatment that empowers them on their path to recovery.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.
• At least two years of relevant experience in psychotherapy, ideally within a clinical or detox environment.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.

• Experience working within detox centers or with clients facing substance use issues.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities, enhancing the ability to tailor treatment effectively.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary teams focused on integrated mental health care.
