Description
The Manufacturing Methods Analyst 1 is responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and accuracy of Methods of Manufacturing (MoM) within the ERP system. This entry-level role supports New Product Introduction (NPI), promotes improvements in labor standards and process accuracy, and ensures manufacturing data reflects current, optimized shop floor practices. This position works cross functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Planning to support efficient, scalable, and repeatable production.

The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.

Essential Functions
  • Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
  • Assists in creating, reviewing, and maintaining Methods of Manufacturing (MoM) in Epicor, including routings, operations, labor standards, and material flow  
  • Supports updates to MoMs resulting from engineering changes, process improvements, or production feedback  
  • Verifies that MoMs accurately reflect shop floor practices and current manufacturing processes  
  • Learns and documents standard manufacturing processes and workflows 
  • Supports time studies and data collection 
  • Validates BOM and routing alignment 
  • Participates in NPI builds 
  • Maintains ERP data accuracy 
  • Works safely at all time and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards 
  • Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
  • Performs other duties as assigned 


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft suite
  • Ability to learn ERP systems and manufacturing workflows

  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to effectively communicate with team members, suppliers, and management

Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One to three years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred 
  • Basic ERO exposure preferred

Travel: 
  • Up to 25% travel to supplier locations or between facilities may be required   
  • Valid driver’s license required
