Registered Behavior Technician
About Us
At ABC Pathways, we are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families affected by autism and other behavior disorders. Our mission is to provide high-quality evidence-based, family- centered therapies and family support based on the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
  • Collect and record data on client behavior during therapy sessions.
  • Monitor and document progress toward treatment goals.
  • Reinforce positive behaviors.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, parents, caregivers, and the BCBA.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines.

Technicians typically start with a part-time caseload of about 20 hours per week, depending on the location, with potential to grow to full-time (40 hours weekly) as opportunities arise. This position calls for a high-level of commitment and dedication to the required training, clients, and our high standards of excellence.
