About the Role:
Join ABC Montessori Academy as an Early Child Care Educator, where you will nurture young minds in a vibrant, supportive environment. Our commitment to fostering a love for learning in children ages 0-5 makes this a rewarding opportunity for passionate educators.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through hands-on activities.
  • Observe and assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student development.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience.
  • Maintain classroom organization and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
  • AA degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
