ABA Clinical Recruiter โ€“ Case Supervisor & BCBAย

We're looking for an experienced ABA Clinical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on recruiting Case Supervisors and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) across assigned regions, with an emphasis on quality, alignment, candidate experience, and long-term retention.

What You'll Do

As an ABA Clinical Recruiter, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment for key clinical roles, including Case Supervisors and BCBAs. You'll partner closely with clinical leaders to understand staffing needs, caseload demands, candidate qualifications, and hiring timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Case Supervisor and BCBA roles
  • Source active and passive ABA clinical candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach
  • Conduct thoughtful phone and virtual screenings focused on clinical experience, supervision style, ethics, and overall fit
  • Partner with Clinical Directors, Regional Leadership, and internal teams to understand hiring priorities and pipeline needs
  • Maintain accurate candidate activity and dispositions in the ATS
  • Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and retention
  • Support a positive, transparent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding handoff

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, with experience in ABA, behavioral health, healthcare, or clinical recruiting preferred
  • Experience recruiting BCBAs and/or Case Supervisors required
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and clinical leaders
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; ATS experience required
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
