Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with technology and cross functional teams to provide clear direction on Agile product backlog, epic and user story requirements, and feature delivery.
  • Lead discovery, analysis, definition and writing detailed business service functionality.
  • Establish, communicate and monitor usage, activity and success metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the UI/UX Team on wireframe designs.
  • Understand core product needs within cloud exchange, data centers, data networking, edge services, and cross-functional business-level services.
  • Clearly define, groom, and articulate product backlog items in terms of product, business, and customer/partner value
  • Prioritize competing requirements including features, bugs, enabler work, and tech debt; work with the scrum team to refine and add detail where needed.
  • Identify improvements to existing product processes and technology.
  • Identify and include stakeholders, communicate, build relationships, and manage expectations their expectations.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of end-to-end product management experience (ideation, to discovery, execution, and post-launch) for technical products in e-commerce, SaaS, or cloud infrastructure industry preferred.
  • Understanding and experience in microservices and APIs
  • Strong customer-facing experience; AB/testing a plus
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.
  • High level of attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross functional teams and senior executives.
  • Customer centricity mentality
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment with experience in documenting detailed user stories.
  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, information systems, quants, or related field of study preferred. Master's degree in business, software engineering or related field highly preferred
  • Customer Service experience preferred.
