Job Description:
The Business Analyst role will function as a key contributor in our organization and will be responsible for supporting multiple cross functional Agile teams. We envision this role to be working closely with one or more of our Product Managers, and assist them with numerous aspects of Agile product strategy and execution activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • SDLC requirements 360 - gathering, definition, clarifications. Documenting epics and user stories for features and enhancements, ensure tasks and subtasks are created by respective technology team members and tracked regularly.
  • Carry out market and feature research, to help with product roadmaps and priorities.
  • Vet scope, requirements, use case/user scenario, test case documents and design specifications, in partnership with Product managers, UX, Architecture, Development and QA.
  • Track epics and stories completion to project timelines, help identify risks and dependencies, escalate to Product manager for timely resolution
  • Conduct feature testing before release, review results with Product manager and Scrum team and drive next steps
  • Help with release management coordination across teams including approvals, release notes, internal communication etc.
  • Tracking feature related metrics and provide regular reporting on crucial features
  • Help with portfolio budget tracking and reporting
  • Effectively work with cross-functional teams comprised of both business roles and technical development during the life cycle of product development
  • Blend strong business acumen, with technical problem solving and agile execution
  • Partner with IT on development, testing & implementation plans, as well as internal communications & deployment plans
  • Proactively identify issues and work with internal partners to understand options and execute solve
  • Follow internal Agile guidelines and bring any additional best practices
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years working in an Agile development environment in a business or techno-functional role. Including using agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, analytical tools, AB testing tools etc.
  • 3+ years Digital experience (Especially in Mobile, AI and Data)
  • Exposure in Product management, including ideation to execution, and launch to maintain.
  • Strong business and analytical mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
