They work with marketing, product, and data teams to optimize user experiences and business outcomes. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in A/B testing tools, and knowledge of statistical methodologies are essential for success in this role.

In an AB Testing role, your daily tasks often include designing experiments, selecting target user segments, setting up test variants, and monitoring test performance using analytics platforms. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers, and marketers to ensure test hypotheses align with business objectives and technical feasibility. A significant part of your time is dedicated to analyzing results, interpreting data, preparing reports, and sharing actionable insights with stakeholders. This role provides a mix of independent analysis and team-oriented problem-solving, making it both analytical and collaborative.
