The compensation for this position is: $13.55 - $14.05 What You'll Be Doing * Greet guests with a smile and create memorable moments-whether you're popping popcorn or helping with a guest concern, you'll listen actively and communicate clearly. * Use AMC's POS system to handle transactions with speed, accuracy, and a smile. * Engage in awesome sales techniques (suggestive selling, upselling, and merchandising) to boost the guest experience and loyalty card sign-ups. * Prepare tasty treats safely and efficiently-because what's a movie without popcorn? * Keep theatres, lobbies, and restrooms clean and welcoming. * Follow instructions on safe use of all chemicals/cleaning materials. * Check tickets and direct guests to their auditorium with a helpful and friendly attitude. * Help enforce the movie rating system in a way that's respectful and clear. * Monitor auditoriums for picture and sound quality, lighting, audience behavior, and potential piracy. * Assist with opening and closing duties so every shift starts fresh and ends strong. * Jump in to support fellow crew members when needed-teamwork makes the movie magic happen. * Help create an inclusive environment to ensure everyone feels welcomed, valued, and respected. * Adherence to AMC Wardrobe 101 Standards, including black non-slip shoes, black pants, an AMC provided shirt (where applicable), and any items required by local regulations. * Maintain a professional and positive demeanor-our team values fun, respect, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all. * Uphold AMC's standards by adhering to all Company Policies and Procedures. What We Need From You * Must be at least 14 years of age. * No experience is necessary-we'll teach you everything you need to know! * The role requires evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability.
