Job Description

We are looking for a skilled bookkeeper who is available 3 days a week. You will be responsible for maintaining our books and A/R. You will be working closely with our advertiser management team in order to maintain A/R.

Job Tasks:

  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Create monthly financial reports
  • Manage A/R by sending invoices and following up with clients
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience bookkeeping
  • Experience with QBO
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Attention to detail
