Graphic Designer (Retail Creative) Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite 4 days/week, 1 WFH day after onboarding) Pay: $46.00/hour W2, eligible for insurance and benefits! 40 hrs a week Duration: Ongoing contract, with potential for long-term opportunities We're hiring a Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced in-house creative team supporting a major retail brand. This role is ideal for a designer with strong print production experience who enjoys creating impactful in-store campaigns, signage, fixtures, displays, and promotional materials. What You\'ll Do Design retail signage, fixtures, displays, presentations, and print collateral. Develop creative from concept through production-ready files. Partner with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams. Manage multiple projects in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Maintain brand standards while bringing fresh creative ideas. What We\'re Looking For 3+ years of graphic design experience. Figma and Adobe Creative Suite required. Strong print production skills, including file prep, proofing, and die lines. Retail, CPG, QSR, or consumer brand experience strongly preferred. Experience with in-store marketing, environmental graphics, POP displays, corrugate, or seasonal campaigns is a plus. Ability to work quickly, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Familiarity with AI creative tools, Workfront, or SketchUp is a bonus. Portfolio Requirements Portfolio is the most important part of the review process.
