Production Operator - All Shifts
Sunlite Plastics - Germantown, WI

Sunlite Plastics, a division of Diversatek, Inc., has an exciting Production Team Member opportunity in our Medical Tubing Division in Wisconsin. We are a plastics extrusion company that provides custom tubing to medical markets. Due to extensive growth, we have a variety of advancement opportunities ranging from Production Assistant to Production Setup to Production Supervisor. We have multiple Production career pathways based on experience and skill level.

Hourly rate is $17-$23 based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coil extrusion lines
  • Packaging of product
  • Box making, poly lining, and closing
  • Material movement in/out of production
  • Perform peel and dimensional tests
  • Scrap documentation and disposal
  • Product inspection
  • Perform line adjustments
  • Run extrusion lines
  • Follow all safety procedures & ISO regulations

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Known for dedication and reliability
  • Strong mechanical/technical abilities

Bonus:

  • Extrusion experience
  • Blending operation
  • Background in plastics manufacturing

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • 1st shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • 2nd shift: 4:00pm - 12:30am -- $1 shift premium
  • 3rd shift: 12:00am - 8:30am -- $2 shift premium
