Job description

Technician:

As an Automotive Technician at Network Automotive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various automotive issues, including engine, HVAC system, Steering and suspension, and electrical problems. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be essential in providing high-quality service to our customers. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhere to safety protocols, and communicate effectively with team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an automotive technician program or equivalent work experience
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • 5 years as a working automotive technician

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ASE certification welcome
  • Experience with under chassis; steering, brake systems, and alignments
  • Experience with computer diagnostics, ABS systems, and problem solving basic electrical circuits
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Performing diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues
  • Repairing and replacing; defective/worn parts, brakes, steering/suspension parts, a/c components, and electrical systems
