Responsibilities:
  • Assist users with desktop software installs remotely or at customer premise
  • Assist users with individual restoration of files
  • Maintain and operate the clients' knowledge management tools
  • Maintain and operate remote assistance tools
  • Assess customer satisfaction via surveys, including questions regarding the timeliness, accuracy, resolution, and quality of service received
  • Administer network user accounts in the account management tool
