Work Flexibility: Field-based

Work Flexibility: Field-based for Northern Minnesota starting in northern Minneapolis.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, flexible

What You Will Do:

As the Associate Field Service Representative, you will perform independent and/or supervised on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and providing both phone and on-site customer support. Also, verifying and approving the operational quality of Stryker systems and equipment.

  • Repair, maintain and operate Stryker robotic systems and instrumentation.

  • Serve as company liaison with external customers on administrative and technical matters; ensure customer satisfaction therefore facilitating renewals of existing SAs.

  • Partner with Account Executives and MPS team members to actively identify potential sales leads.

  • Manage and control field inventory, tools, test equipment, technical documentation and other assigned equipment.

  • Independently and proactively schedule and perform required preventive maintenance visits and engineering updates (ECN's).

  • Travel and assist in other Field Service territories.

  • Prepare and submit applicable field service documentation in a complete, accurate and timely manner.

  • Instruct and train customers on technical operation and maintenance of equipment, software and hardware upgrades/updates, installation and maintenance of equipment at conventions, road shows, and cadaver labs or seminars.

What You Need:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Valid Driver's license with good driving record

  • Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed

Preferred:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering

  • Previous experience as a technical field service professional or in mechanical capacity.

United States of America Pay Ranges:

  • USN: $28.01 - $38.75 USD Hourly
  • US5: $29.42 - $40.69 USD Hourly
