Job description

Job Opportunity At Rise Armament

Rise Armament redefined shooters' standards with the introduction of the RA-535 Advanced-Performance Trigger in 2014. Today, we continue to innovate through our lines of triggers, handguards, barrels, receivers, small AR parts, and complete rifles. We're committed to providing reliable products that unleash shooters' potential and elevate the shooting experience. We're fueled by a mission to make a lasting difference and are doing that in part through partnerships with organizations like Folds of Honor and Eagle Ops.

Position: Material Handler

A Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of material in the MMC machining center to produce quality, precision machine parts that meet print and schedule requirements. Responsibilities and duties also include keeping area clean and organized and inspecting parts to assure quality processing.

Shift
  • Third Shift - Friday, Saturday, & Sunday - 7 AM - 7 PM. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!
Responsibilities
  • Manually load/unload material to be machined
  • Inspect material between operations using thread gauges, go/no-go gauge, and calipers
  • Effectively monitor production equipment
  • Measure and inspect parts for quality assessment
  • Accurately enter data
  • Ensure that 5S at the Work Set Stations (WSS) is maintained
  • Adhere to safety requirements and ensure they are followed
  • Performs daily duties and responsibilities without supervision
  • Meets or exceeds production standards
