Job description

Join 7 other primary care physicians, 5 midlevel providers and an experienced support staff. Responsibilities involve a wide scope of outpatient family medicine procedures w/some ancillary services. There are over 37,500 office visits & all inpatient needs are referred to the hospitalist. Schedule consists of a 4 day work week & the clinic is equipped with EMR, an on-site lab and x-ray. Call shared 1:8 only by phone.

Financial package includes a generous salary, incentives, relocation, pension, benefits, vacation/CME, malpractice and sign-on bonus.

Service area covers approximately 90K residents. Enjoy easy access to all the attractions and amenities that Milwaukee & Green Bay have to offer.
