Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Ability to learn and explain insurance products effectively

Serve as the friendly, primary point of contact for clients reaching out with questions or concerns

Listen actively to understand the root cause of issues and provide thoughtful, clear solutions

Process policy changes

Process payments

Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions within our internal database

Take pride in turning challenging interactions into positive outcomes through patience and persistence


Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Licensed in Property & Casualty in the State of Wisconsin is not required but would be helpful for earning commission.

Customer Service with Billing Experience (insurance experience preferred but not required)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

Ability to learn and explain insurance products effectively

A team player with a positive, professional attitude

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems

Competitive pay: $18 - $21 per hour + commission and bonuses, based on experience
