Park Dental is seeking a passionate, patient-focused General Dentist to join our established Burnsville - Ridges practice.

Starting Compensation: $160,000 – $210,000 annually, with incentive opportunities.

Responsibilities What You Will Do

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based dental care with a patient-first approach
• Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and support teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Build lasting relationships with patients and the communities you serve
• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Work Schedule

Monday 7am-2pm

Tuesday 7am-2pm

Wednesday 7am-2pm

Thursday 2pm-8pm

Friday 7am-4pm / 9am-4pm (rotating every other)
